A Cabin reservation is considered CONFIRMED ONLY when a deposit is received. 

The deposit should be either a personal check or money order. 
The required deposit should be for the total amount (at our normal Rates) for the duration of your expected stay.


As already stated, RIDER's ROOST only charges for what ya get! 
If you have to cancel, we will gladly refund your deposit or apply it to a future stay, your decision! 

  • Here are the guidelines: 

  •  IF a reservation is cancelled at least one week prior to the reservation date, a full refund is given.

  • IF less than seven days (but more than four days notice is given), only 50% of the deposit will be  refunded.  

  • Less than three days notice!  Sorry!!  The deposit will be forfeited.  

We may not have been the first, but we are definitely the BEST!!!
