Reservations are taken either by the form below or over the telephone (336-973-8405).

If all you're wanting is tent space, a reservation generally is not required. We have plenty of available space for camping. 
However, we would appreciate a heads up on your arrival date.

Cabins are something entirely different!  Our covered sleeping has become a very desired commodity. 
To insure you get a cabin (or Condo Cabin) a reservation is HIGHLY recommended. Get yer reservations in early.

RESERVATION POLICY

A Cabin reservation must contain telephone number. All covered reservations must be confirmed by telephone, even if email confirmation is received.

 

Pre-payment is required for covered sleeping reservation on Fridays and Saturdays. Weekdays - pay on arrival.

A Cabin reservation is considered CONFIRMED ONLY when a deposit is received. 

The deposit should be either a personal check or money order. 
The required deposit should be for the total amount (at our normal Rates) for the duration of your expected stay.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

As already stated, RIDER's ROOST only charges for what ya get! 
If you have to cancel, we will gladly refund your deposit or apply it to a future stay, your decision!
